Sales Development Representative
We are looking for an experienced SDR to join our Sales department. Ideal candidates are professionals with the potential to contribute to an increase in our sales demand in connection with the introduction of our Site Protection product and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Asour brand new Sales Ninja, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients’ needs and facilitate the sales process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.
Responsibilities
● grow customer accounts, eliminate competitive threats, and maintain customer and account satisfaction.
● Continuous market mapping
● Identify opportunities for clients before they identify a need or gap for themselves - Demand generation
● Work with existing key accounts to retain and grow their business
● Secure deals with new and existing customers at or above goal
● Work cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies for our Site Protection product - which is under market validation
● Establish new accounts
● Manage and build a pipeline of all leads to build relationships with potential customers
● Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
● Identify new potential customers (cold contacting)
Our requirements
●Have proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar
●Have experience in building your own pipeline
●You put customer needs first
●You are not afraid to sail on international waters and communicate well in English
●Solid knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular) - linkedin and similar platforms
●Have the capability and openness to provide sales performance metrics - Must provide from first contact to closing
Good to have
●Experience in selling SaaS products
●Experience in market validation
●Experience or interest in cybersecurity
