Recruitment Specialist with fluent English OR German and English
Our client is a global healthcare company who is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with fluent English OR German and English languages knowledge to join them. Short description
In this position you will have the opportunity to collaborate with hiring managers and you will be responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment within the EMEA region. You are going to manage the requisitions within the HR system and you also have to ensure a positive candidate experience during the process.
Main duties and responsibilities
Recruiting and supporting open requisitions in the HR System;
Coordinating the recruitment process (for ex.: providing feedback to candidates, developing offers);
Updating and maintaining the applicant tracking systems;
Contributing to the development of the recruitment process;
Partnering with Client Group on internal talent management, including succession planning, talent review and internal candidate movement as needed.
Required competencies
University or College Degree in Human Resources (or equivalent work experience);
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the field of Recruiting/HR;
Proficiency in English and if you apply for the German speaking position, we are looking for good command of German and at least an intermediate English level;
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Any other information
This position starts with a fixed-term contract (for 12 months) with the possibility of extension.
