Project Assistant
Our Client is a multinational bank that is looking for a Project Assistant to join them.
Main duties and responsibilities
Maintain a strong relationship with key business partners to foster a mutually beneficial partnership;
Represent interests with technology partners when they want to make version updates and enhancements to systems;
Provides general consulting services including interpretation and/or clarification of policy, procedures, standards and or concepts;
Ensure strong program and project level governance, including monitoring and control efforts for the projects;
Collaborates in the definition and implementation to align procedures and practices;
Works with the business to validate compliance with policies, practices, and procedures within the scope of a project or processes;
Participates in the planning and implementation of administration for IT and business-driven projects;
Driving project deliverables and managing the relationship between business/technical partner project teams;
Support the organization in meeting any ad hoc requirements from our partners.
Required competencies
Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field or equivalent relevant work experience);
2-4 years of work experience;
Solid English knowledge;
Good problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required to negotiate internally and externally;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint and Excel required).
Desirable competencies
Great overview of Technical Project Management, Information Security, Computer Science or Cyber Security or any related field;
General knowledge of Identity& Access Management practices and industry-standard security practices;
Experience with problem and incident management processes for security and identity and access management incidents.
Any other information
This is a 12-months fixed-term position with the possibility of extension.
