Operation Support Junior Consultant
Our client is a multinational company, who is looking for an Operation Support Junior Consultant to join them.
Short description
Maintain internal company systems and participate process improvement projects, initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies. Provide deep and effective insight for business by the integrated presentation of data that will help substantiate and support critical business decisions. Listen to the company/department needs and build into the strategy of the team. Co-operate with Company employees, management and support their daily activities, solve their problem via training, data checking and based on available manuals.
Main duties and responsibilities
Overall IT application system support, security, infrastructure management, development;
Operating Dashboards, monitoring data collection and develop system;
Deliver contracted solutions and services professionally and effectively global understanding and usage of ERP and related systems;
Master data management – cooperate with partners to improve report liability;
EDI management;
Manage related projects (based on local or regional/global needs);
KPI management.
Required competencies
Min. BA degree (preferably from system organization field);
Computer skills: Microsoft Office, ERP system and SQL knowledge is a plus;
Min. 1-year relevant experience; previous data analysis and project management experience is a surplus;
Superb attention to detail, strong analytical and reasoning skills;
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;
Effective time management and organisational skills.
